I do not receive my email for resetting my password #
Please check if the inbox of your email has empty space. If the inbox of your email is full, you won’t receive the email. Make space in the inbox and try again to reset your password.
My password is not accepted #
Please make sure to use the exact password as in the email. Sometimes, a generated password has brackets or other special characters in the beginning or the end. It is important to keep all these characters. 0 and O are sometimes mixed up to by human readers. If you reset the password or copy the system one, please paste it first to the navigation line of the browser and copy it again from there. This makes sure that you don’t have any other code in it.
I entered a wrong password too often #
As a measure to protect your account, everyone is blocked who entered a wrong password ten times in a row. The blocking impacts the IP, not the account. The IP will be automatically unblocked after four hours.
