Managing the Subscription

What is the minimum time for a subscription? #

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again and you will have access until the end of your current subscription cycle. For Monthly Plan, this is until 30 days are over.

How do I cancel my subscription? #

If you want to unsubscribe, please click on “cancel” in the last column of your active plan. It will indicate “canceled” afterward. If you used PayPal for your payment and your status shows shows “Please Confirm Cancellation”, you have to confirm the cancelation when you are forwarded to PayPal. If you didn’t confirm at PayPal, click on Cancel again to be directed to PayPal.

If your status reads “expired” and/or you don’t see the “cancel” button, please contact support to cancel your plan via the form here: My Account.

What happens if I cancel my PRO plan? #

You will keep all PRO benefits until the end of your current subscription period (e.g. the end of the month for the Monthly Plan).

After the end of your subscription period, the service stops and you will lose all PRO features such as access to PRO elements, adding text, and saving and opening your saved designs. You will keep your login. You can access your saved designs again after renewing your PRO subscription.

You can reactivate your PRO membership at any time.

Can I get a refund? #

All sales are final on subscriptions, and all subscription charges are non-refundable.

My subscription renewed, but i didn’t want it to renew #
