When do I need a commercial license?
You only need a commercial license 1) if you want to sell your designs or offer them for sale, 2) if you want to use your designs in a product that you want to sell or offer for sale, e.g. a book, a movie, a t-shirt, a board game. 3) or if you want to use your designs in a commercial environment, e.g. displaying them on your for-profit website or using them as a company logo. For more details check out our licenses.
What is the minimum time for a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again and you will have access until the end of your current subscription cycle. For Monthly Plan, this is until 30 days are over.
I cannot access PRO although I have subscribed to PRO
Please check if you are logged in and if your PRO plan is active. You can check your plans here: Subscription. As long as your payment is incomplete, you don’t have access to PRO.
If the problem persists, please write a message to and we will check what’s going on as soon as possible.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription here: Subscription.
If you want to cancel a subscription, please click on “cancel” in the last column of your active plan. It will indicate “canceled” afterward. If the status shows “Please Confirm Cancellation”, visit PayPal to complete your cancellation.

Can I get a refund?
My subscription renewed, but i didn’t want it to renew
All sales are final on subscriptions, and all subscription charges are non-refundable. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, please cancel it here: Subscription.
What happens if I cancel my PRO plan?
You will keep all PRO benefits until the end of your current subscription period (e.g. the end of the month for the Monthly Plan).
After the end of your subscription period, you will lose all PRO features such as access to PRO elements, adding text, and saving and opening your saved designs. You will keep your login. You can access your saved designs again after renewing your PRO subscription.
You can reactivate your PRO membership at any time.

You can complete your billing address here: My Details
With a Commercial Plan, you can add your company name and VAT number to your details and your invoices.
