Dukes of Laas (Ramsay-Quinnell)
Quarterly, first and fourth Argent a raven displayed sable beaked and membered Gules, second and third Azure three roses Or barbed and seeded of the same. Personal arms of Sir Jolyon Ramsay-Quinnell, made Duke of Laas in 1130 upon his renouncing his hereditary claims to the Principality of Meara. The arms quarter the arms of the Ramsays (ravens) with the arms of the Quinnells (vambraced arm with scepter), the ancient princely family of Meara. This assumes that the arms of Meara are arms of dominion and not the personal arms of the princes of the House of Quinnell.
